Dr. h.c. Niels M. Winther<\/strong> founded Winther & Associates in 2004 out of a desire to give back to the print community of which he was a part of its leadership for over 35 years. Spending almost two decades in management positions around the globe, Niels joined Heidelberg\u2019s North American operations in 1996 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and subsequently rose to become President and CEO.<\/p>\n Niels and a group of investors acquired a traditional ink-on-paper printing company in 2006 and successfully transformed it into a thriving customer centric Marketing Execution business increasing revenues significantly at a profitable level.
